Happy late mothers day!

I was planning on posting a tribute to Chads and my mothers and didn't so I will do that now... I could write an entire book on how great my mom is the wording wouldn't be that poetic (since I'm not a very good writer!) but it would be sincere and from my heart. My mom is the most wonderful mother...yes everyone says that about their mothers but mine really is the best! ;) Raising 15 children would of  made me go insane but not my mom somehow she did it...(with alot of good help from a wonderful husband) all of us kids were happy we grew up in a loving home with parents that lived and taught us the gospel. My mother is so talented...that's why I don't understand why I'm not! She sewed all of the girls a new dress every year...painted, cross stitched beautifully, can make beautiful quilts, mats and frames her own pictures, makes all her own beautiful flower arrangements....let's just say if my mom wants to learn something she will and will be better than the actual person who taught it to her within two weeks time!! I'm not joking either! She has so many talents it would take forever to list them all. She a wonderful grandma and friend. I love you mom and am truly blessed to have you for my mom!

Chad's mom Cyndy is also a very talented woman..she sews and makes beautiful quilts. Cyndy is a wonderful mom of 5 very talented boys...I don't think there was ever a dull moment in their house growing up! Cyndy is very healthy and likes to help others be healthy she is very knowledgeable of herbs and natural remedies. She also used to be a midwife!! Cyndy could easily have been a Doctor if she wanted to be, she's extremely smart. She's a great mother and grandmother...if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have my awesome hubby!! Thanks for always being there for us and being a good example. We love you.

Keelys baptism

I'm posting this pretty late but I wanted to have Keelys baptism on record....I've been waiting to get some other pictures I have but my computer won't take them off my disc because it says I don't have any more disc memory...whatever that means...really my computer is so close to crashing I'm afraid to even use it until I can get it fixed. Keelys baptism was so great! She's nine now but refused to have anyone else baptize her but her daddy. Almost all of the family got to come and we had lots of support from our ward and the missionaries. Keely is so beautiful inside and out...she has such a spunky personality and has lots of goals set for herself..I know that she will grow up being happy and successful at whatever she decides to do in life. We love you Keely and are so proud of your decision to be baptized.

After the Baptism we all went to our house for lunch. The cousins all had a good time playing
with each other. Derrick got a rowdy game of baseball going with the kiddos. It turned out so well
and I want to thank everyone who came especially the ones that drove from Show Low. I wish I had my other pictures...there were alot of all the fam and I'm bummed I can't put them up!

bottomless bank

My little guy Rydey has a blue bear bank that I put spare change in that I find around the house.
Whenever he hears the ice cream truck he runs in and empties his bank to buy an ice cream treat for himself and Reece or sometimes instead ( much to Reeces' dismay ) the neighbor boy. I wonder if Ryden ever wonders how there is money in there all the time...I guess he thinks it's just a magic bottomless bank...I wish my wallet was like that!!
